An 8-year-old girl was badly injured after a 32-year-old man r@ped her and inserted scissors and a spoon into her v@gina and an*s in Dutse Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

The spokesperson of the command, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, who disclosed this in a statement on Saturday, September 7, 2024, said the suspect, Bashir Umar, also injected an unknown substance into the priv@te part of the minor.

According to the PPRO, the suspect, whenever he saw the victim heading to school, he would entice her into his room, abuse her again using the same technique, and threaten to kill her if she told anyone.
